“The restaurant manager Swapnil Gujrati has been the subject of an FIR filed by the police in Vijay Nagar under Section 298. “The matter is currently the subject of an investigation, after which further action will be taken,” stated Sampat Upadhyay, Deputy Commissioner of Police.
